The Best of Care
My husband and I always receive the best customer service at Puente Hills Hyundai from the service department to the sales staff. Javier, our service advisor knows us when we come in which adds a personal touch. He makes sure that we're aware of the service is needed and when. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Happy with service and associates
I’m happy with the service and associates. I always receive but wish they would stop assuming this is my first visit to your dealership. I’m here 3 to 4 times a year since ‘16. But the first thing out there mouth each visit “is this your first time here”. There is only one thing that I am dissatisfied with and that’s the internet service while sitting the few hours in the waiting room.

My service writer, Javier, is always accommodating to my schedule and tries his best to get my car serviced in the most efficient manner. I appreciate his recommendations for scheduled services. It really feels like he has my best interest in mind rather then just driving up the bill. I continue to return to Puente Hills Hyundai because of him.

Puente Hiils service visit
Regular maintence. This dealer and service technician Javier Esquivel provide excellent service and keep detailed records that he reviews when the customer arrives. It eliminates the guess work of what the customer might need. He also is very helpful in telling us what we might need in the future if it costs a lot.
