We are regular customers at Puente Hills Hyundai and Javier Esquivel is our regular service representative. I didnt have an appointment but Javier fit me in for regular oil and filter change. We also needed the brake light bulb replaced. He got the work done quickly and because we are long time customers, he didnt charge for the oil change. We do all our service work there. He maintains detailed computer records of our service and tells us what will be needed the next time so we dont get a surprise with a big bill. The dealer always washes the car before returning it to us after the work is done. We bought the car at the dealer. We are very happy wuth the dealer and our service rep.

The best associates and best service.
I can get service anywhere. But Javier Esqivel guarantees I only come to Puente Hills Hyundai. Over the years, Javier understands what customer service is and always manages to make me feel like I’m the only client he has. His recommendations and updates keeps my 2011 Genesis running like a top.

Always dependable, gives options to save money
I have brought 3 different cars there for service ever since they opened.
I did not buy them there, but Chan and Javer have always treated me like a million bucks.
I still have all 3 cars and they have been dependable. They have 90K, 160K and 140K and still are running strong. They give a discount for older cars.

The waiting area is large, comfortable, and serves popcorn. But the place was a madhouse the day I was there. The service check-in guys were clearly flustered.
