Go to the experienced service writers. They know what they are doing.
Again, experience matters. Don't waste your time go to the seasoned service writers. The young "kids" don't know what they are doing.

My windshield blades were replaced. Great Job! My only complaint is I had no windshield wiper fluid.

Best Service
I came in for an oil change and to change my wiper. Everyone was very friendly. There was a person to help you out as soon as you pull up your car. They even have a fast lane for oil change now. I got out fast enough to catch on with my errands. I've been coming to Hyundai Puente Hills since i bought my car in 2011. Thank you guys!

Went in for a free oil change (smile). My friend, Service Manager Mr. Chan Park was on vacation. Service Advisor Javier took care of me. Told me it would take 1 hr. 15 min- 1 hr. 20 min. I went for a short walk on Gale Ave. I was back in an hour. Javier told me my car was ready (smile). Thank you Puente Hills Hyundai (smile).

My 2006 Tiburon has about 169,000 miles on it. I've taught 2 kids how to drive in it. Want it to last until at least 200K miles!
