I had to choose between yes and no when I would have said maybe, in stead of saying no. Whatever was fixed was no charge... And that's good

It is a great place for service it just is overbooked and the wait time was very long. If it was not for the recall I would have gone to Jiffy Lube and be done in 20 minutes, I was there 3 hours.
Wait time was way too long - nothing else to say.

Very accommodating.
Heck, it was only a recall, but I was treated fairly quick and friendly. Glad I didn't have to pay the bill they gave me. Dealerships do charge quite a bit for repairs.
