Jay is great and he helped a lot. Just not happy that y’all can’t find out why my tire keeps leaking air.

Nutshell, brought Tucson in for oil change, cabin air filter, Door lever repair and automate. When completed
Advisor came to explain that now there is powdery smoke coming from defrost vent and didn’t know why and stated I should come back another day. I understand that things happen but we just need it rectified.

starting to have doubts
I am starting to have doubts about the quality of the 2013 Equuss I purchased new. Parts are failing at 35K miles which I feel shouldn't be failing. That said, not the service departments fault. I doubt I will buy another Hyundai product.

Great customer service
I brought in my car to a different Hyundai location for service, only to have it break down again after about 250 miles. On top of their sloppy worksmanship, their customer service was shockingly poor.

Coming off this pervious encounter, I was very pleasantly surprised with this location's service. Jay was incredibly helpful, clear, knowledgable, and understanding. The standard of this location was so far above the previous Hyundai dealership I visited.
