Reliable, comfortable. I have confidence in their work. I do have a big problem with the dealership, though. I got 2 emails from a Joe Ford, and a snail mail addressed to my long dead wife. This pains me. I emailed Joe to cease/desist/apologize after the 2nd email. No response.

Who dropped the ball
Vehicle brought in for Emission Test, which was preformed as requested in a timely manner. Received an email alert from the NTSB, the next day, informing me that there was an open safety recall on my vehicle since Dec. 2016. I was not informed of this recall by the Dealer or Hyundai. I arranged for appointment thru Hyundai Customer Care number to get this recall fixed on 6/14.

Great service advisors and very timely with service and or communicating timelines. I did have to call to see if parts were in two different times after given plenty of time to call me. Not a huge deal but a suggestion. I will still be back for maintenance and service.
