2015 Sonata
I had an appointment to address a factory recall and to perform an oil change and tire rotation. When they called to say that my car was ready, I discovered that they had not performed the tire rotation. The service manager said that they would expedite the tire rotation, but I ended up sitting in the waiting room for another 90 minutes before my car was ready. The cashiers seemed genuinely put out that I wanted to use a discount coupon for the service. :-(
