I made an appointment for the recall fixed and felt that it would only take an hour or two. But after the first hour I was told the parts would not be available till Thursday. On Thursday I received the update that the parts would not be available to the next week. On Thursday On Thursday of the second week I was told that they were not sure when the proper parts would be available. I was not pleased with a 10 day waiting period. A free vehicle was provided but I prefer my car which got twice the mileage.

I purchased my Hyundai at another dealership and was unimpressed with the Service Dept from the beginning. My trunk latch broke late on a Friday. I called the service dept at the place of purchase and was told they couldn’t look at my car until the following Tuesday. I then called Wesley Chapel Hyundai who were also busy for the weekend, but w they were concerned about my situation and told me to bring it in the following day and they would take care of it. I was treated like their best customer from my first call to the end of my experience with them. Fast, friendly, organized and accommodating service staff. Awesome experience. I can’t thank them enough and I will never go back to my place of purchase.
