Top Notch
Unlike most dealerships, I never dread taking my car to Eckert for service. They are friendly and professional. They get me in and out in a timely fashion. They will always have my business for as long as I own my Hyundai. I will be buying my next Hyundai from them again when the time comes.

Avoid the Chauvinists
This service was for a recall. This time I had my husband bring my car because I REFUSE to take it to Eckert for service. I do however continue to highly recommend your sales department but at the same time give caution as to the service department. I take my vehicle elsewhere for all services with the exception of recalls.

Eckert's service department is incredible. Don or Jimmy are always available if I have any questions about my car. I have recommended Eckert to several friends and hope they will make the trip to Denton to make a purchase. I would love it if Eckert would open a dealership in Gainesville. It would save me 60+ miles round trip for servicing of my car...but bring Don and Jimmy with you, if you do LOL.

Internal communication gap & did not check the Engine Light for issue & resolution. I now have to request time off, make appointment, & take back to Eckert to have them look at the Check Engine Light.

Dale, I apologize sir , we thought your recall for the ecm update took care of the check engine light, it was a history code for the knock sensor at the time. That is precisely what the ecm campaign addressed. Again i do apologize if you are still having a concern by all means please come by and i will get it looked at quickly.

Excellent service!
Service Manager Don Wheeler was on the driveway at 7:15 a.m. and personally checked my car in. He asked good questions to make sure that he fully understood the issues and assured me that the car would get worked on. While Eckert's had the vehicle, the tech also performed several updates to software.

 I apologize you had a bad experience sir. I assure you that is not our intention. As far as the campaign on your vehicle, we are told it is a software update to make the knock sensor more sensitive, that is all we currently know. again i apologize it is not our intent to mislead anyone.

Great dealer
I went for the first time for an oil change. The customer service is great, it took the time that they told me. And It has a great place to relax while you wait.

The only thing I didn't like, it that my car had a problem with a sensor in a door, which could be fixed there, but they told me to go somewhere else. A little bit disappointed.
