Lies, invasion of privacy and mechanical incompetence
We experienced an awful series events that stemmed from a technician cross threading a bolt allowing oil to drain out as my wife traveled. They went through my wife’s dash cam watched and deleted videos. Lied about reimbursing money. We should have known better than use this dealership for service when the vehicle came out dirtier when the post purchase detail was completed than it was when they started.

Palisade Deposit
I suggest that you do NOT put a deposit down on any vehicle. You will definitely NOT receive it back!! I placed a required deposit of $1,000 to hold a Palisade in transit, but found a better deal somewhere else before the vehicle even arrived.
Please know the time frame from the time I put the deposit down to the time I contacted them to let them know I found something else was less than one week (two of those days they were closed for Christmas). One of the owners, Mark Eckert, will NOT respond to emails. He offered a "store credit" that will be valid for one year. FYI I did not purchase a Hyundai and should not need $1,000 worth of parts on a brand new Toyota. At one point someone said,
"don't waste your time on her" in the background while on the phone. Since I did not have a transactional purchase with them, they should return my deposit. This is not the right way to do business.

We have never had a good experience with the service department
Constant cutting corners, excuses and inability to perform basic job functions… from the moment we when we bought the car and they washed it… it was dirtier after they washed it than prior. To the moment they didn’t secure the drain plug in the car allowing oil to leak everywhere and leave my wife stranded.

Poor work
I’m not one for writing bad reviews but this needs to be said. My Veloster had no power and acceleration. By putting a new sensor on it the power was indeed restored. However going back to my home was not pleasant as it didn’t handle well in slow speeds and while stopped or at idle. It sputters and shakes the car. Believing it must just need to settle in I didn’t think of it and just relaxed. When I went out the next day a mile from home for errands the engine light came on after it sputtered while I reversed to park. All from replacing a sensor in the engine.

With that being the case, they were not very thorough to make sure everything was in good order.

I’ve been taking my car to and from shop after shop that is a Hyundai dealer and feel that the company doesn’t keep its promises. My parents have a Hyundai vehicle too and the dealer always asks for you to keep bringing it back to them for service. And they too are having problems where things don’t get fixed even with warranties.

Very dissatisfied.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your vehicle.  Your check engine light could be caused by numerous issues.  If you would like to bring it in for us to look at it we would be glad to.  I am a little confused about the timing if you could clarify  we worked on the vehicle 03/18 and we got this on 4/23.  Did you call in and speak to anyone the on 3/19

Service appointment
I scheduled an oil change & additional work with the service. When I spoke to the rep upon arrival, I just needed a few of the items completed instead of the whole package. He was being transparent about what I needed & the cost. It made it easier for me to decide to add on a few more maintenance items they suggested, after they got into working on the car. I feel good about having the dealership work on my car, like I’m always in good hands!

Service Manager OUTSTANDING
Went to dealership today with situation where the tech who worked on my car done some damage
I didn’t know what to expect
Dylan ( think he spells his name differently). the service manager
Service Manager was so professional, intelligent, helpful, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE..People … I am telling you he is the best if you should have a situation..
He listens, he wasn’t judgmental, actually when I trade cars I will go back to buy from this dealership BECAUSE OF HIM..
Hoping someone reads this at a high level as this professional expert customer service guy should get a raise and an an stellar award.. these days this is very uncommon..my hats off to him

Service Manager is the best ?????
The situation is solved with the car. The service manager is one of the best customer service people I have seen in the last few years and dealing with situations like this. Dylan is professional, he’s courteous, he listens to the client, there was no doubt in his mind what I was saying was truthful I feel like he needs to be rewarded in someway for raising the bar in a situation like this. Give him an on the spot award, give him a raise, give him a gift card to go out to eat whatever he is an asset to your company and he needs to be rewarded
