Fast service by friendly people!
Excellent service! Finished faster than time quoted. The waiting room was uncomfortable. The day was cold with a cold north wind blowing and the waiting room door was on the north side of the building. Every time anyone came into or went out of the small waiting room, the people waiting was blasted, especially when an employee stood in the doorway holding th door open while conversing with another employee. Others waiting comented unfavorably, also.

My experience in this maintenance routine was awesome! Starting from the young lady that checked me in to the one that checked me out, both ladies are amazing. Unfortunately, I don't know their names but they treat me with all the respect with smile on their faces. I will rate this as my best experience ever, I felt at home and welcomed. I urge every service department in other dealerships to come to Eckert Hyundai service department and learn because there is a lot of good things in this department. All credit goes to Don., he is not only a manager but also a leader, a father and a role model. He chooses the best people to work for him and I plead with Hyundai to keep him forever?. He is simply the Best??.

Sound issue resolved!
After several attempts, the service department at Eckert Hyundai were able to resolve an issue with sound going out on my Tucson's infotainment system. The problem was sporadic and took back-and-forth with the dealership and Hyundai technical support to trace it to an impedance issue with one of the speakers causing the amp to shut down. At least, that was my understanding.

Shout out to Jake and Don for their persistence in resolving the issue. Thanks!
