Great service
Came in for 55,000 mile oil change and multi-point inspection . All was well. Oil change was free because of punch card being filled from previous oil changes. In and out in about 30 - 40 minutes. Whole thing was free. Was getting ready to leave with a friend for lunch in his van when I looked over and saw my Santa Fe in the drive ready to go! I like that Eckert doesn't try to do work that the vehicle doesn't really need. They're honest.

I have to be at work at 6 am all the way in Dallas. I walked into the garage to start the car and the car was dead. I called Hyundai and let them know as soon as I was able to get the car in motion I would be making my way to the dealership. The car finally started and I arrived in Denton a little before the garage. The gentleman I spoke with listened as I explained what the issue was. He suggested what the cause might be, but would not state officially until he was for sure. His educated opinion was that there was a faulty switch in the gear shift. He quoted me a price and fixed the issue. I was on the road and at work by 9 am.
