Superb service
The service at Eckert is my favorite part of driving a Hyundai. Don’t get me wrong my car is attractive and performs well, but life can get busy and busy people appreciate good service. The service at Eckert is exceptional and they are pleasant, kind and accommodating as well.

Service Department Communication
Go an email about a recall, set up an appointment for said recall yet the service team was unaware of why we were there even though we expressed it clearly in the comments. On top of that they did not have the parts necessary to fix the recall issue and told us they would call back once they did and at that point we could set up an appointment. They called after they promised they would, but were able to fix what they needed to.

  I apologize for your inconvenience, unfortunately, those parts sometimes are not made available they are ordered by vehicle if needed. This is not your problem and i understand that. We will try to do better on the next visit.

Great service department
Bought my Veracruz used from Eckert Hyundai in 2013. Thanks to their service department, five years and 155k miles later, it is still in great shape. The past few trips, I've had Jake as my service adviser and he does a good job of letting me know what work needs to be done, what it'll cost, and when my vehicle will be available. Everyone in the service department greets me by name, and I would definitely recommend both the dealership and the service department to anyone. Once my Veracruz finally wears out, my next vehicle will be a Hyundai and I will continue to have it serviced at this dealership.

Great service; warranty covered A/C work
Service was great. My wife's rare time to take the vehicle in. AC wasn't cooling and that got fixed under warranty. Needed a new battery (4 years old) and the price was reasonable. State inspection was done; all was well.
