Eckert Hyundai - Service Experience.
Brought my 2011 Sonata in for service at Eckert and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Their whole team was exceptional from beginning to end. Explained the process and kept me informed throughout the experience. Has definitely kept me a Hyundai customer based on this experience.

Always excellent service
I can never say enough about the quality of service I receive at this location! Everyone always goes above and beyond to make sure we have the best experience. Even on the Christmas holiday weekend, they worked hard to ensure parts were ordered and installed in a timely manner, and when the parts were delayed, I didn't even have to ask for a loaner car. They were quick to offer one to us, and were so apologetic when things were delayed. I wish everyone could received the same level of service at any repair shop that we are fortunate to receive here!
