Good service department
I have been bringing my car into Eckert Hyundai for service for several years now. I had a few issues in the beginning, but the service manager does a good job of taking ownership of and correcting any and all problems. My past few visits have been great and my 2011 Hyundai Veracruz with nearly 150,000 miles on it continues to run like new. Pricing could always stand to be a little lower, but overall I would definitely recommend.

Well done and no extra sudden charges
It was handled well and quickly. My only complaint was the loaner which had had the windows cleaned badly on the inside, Driving into the sun was like driving in a whiteout. I couldn't see anything and finding a place we to pull over and clean the front window was dangerous. I went several miles before this happened. I informed the dealer of this. But the service has been top notch and very meticulous. This is my only complaint. I am very happy and will return in a few years to buy more Hyundai's!

I arrived for routine maintenance and had additional questions regarding some unusual noise coming from passenger-side of the vehicle. Service advised they checked the matter and determined there was no issue. I felt not only did they completed routine maintenance in a timely manner, but they also reassured there was no additional issues with my vehicle. How long for an oil change?
I was very dissapointed at my last visit, which will be my last visit. Why do I wait 70 minutes for an oil change on a weekday afternoon. Someone needs to work on scheduling assignments and priorities.

Great Communication from staff & timely completion of work
The couple times I called to inquire about the status of my car, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The work was completed in a timely manner and communicated thoroughly. Ultimately, this experience was exceptional and I plan on bringing my car back every time I need anything service related.
