Quick and quality service
I pulled in with out notice on Sunday afternoon for a complete 60k check. I went home with a loaner and my car was done on Monday night! My car is top notch and I will always trust Eckert to do my auto work.

Mr. Lyons,

I apologize for the mis communication, that was not done to mislead you intentionally. When the vehicle arrived we tried to jump start the vehicle and we were unsuccessful in doing so. upon further diagnosis of the said problem, we had found the connection was bad. Then re-tried to jump and it then did start with no issues. I do apologize, we did a poor job of communicating.

Friendly Fast Service at a Fair Price
Jacob and Billy were both friendly and helpful. The problem was found and fixed in a timely fashion and the price was fair. I came in about 3:30 P.M. Friday afternoon and was back on the road by about 4:30 P.M.
