Poor Service, lazy or not trained? 2016 Hyundai Genesis
The best part of the service is the free hand car wash. Can't figure out if Eckert lacks the proper training to resolve musty smell in 2016 Genesis with 6k miles, lazy or just poor service. Very disappointing.

Clearly they are asking about you Santa fe. However I understand you are apparently upset about something with your genesis.

You are always at our store, I am disappointed you would do something like this on a public forum. We do respect your opinion  and you certainly can take your vehicles to other dealers if you choose to do so. I am extremely sorry you feel this way.

I was greatly impressed by Hyundai's Guarantee on my 2012 Hyundai Sonata. My engine was the 2.4 L which was on a recall. I was over the 120,000 mile guarantee when my engine broke. Hyundai still honored the guarantee and replaced my engine.
