Car is fixed and may run better than ever
A week after driving in town, I took a trip to Oklahoma and Arkansas, and experienced no problems with the car. I may just have a better car than I had before; it is more responsive.

Ms. Chalon,

I apologize you are having concerns with your vehicle ma'am. That is not what we want you to have either. Is there a day that you can either bring the car and leave it, or a day when you can come by and show one of my technician's whats happening, we, unfortunately, have not been able to duplicate the concern. The Manufacturer (Hyundai) will not let us do any repairs until we can duplicate and validate what we are doing and why.

What a pleasure to have a dealership that cares about their customers in the way the staff does at Eckert Hyundai. They managed to explain to the letter what was needed to be done and what I should plan on doing the next service call. Their concern about the safe operation of the vehicle is very evident. Other Hyundai dealerships could learn a few pointers.

Nice people, but don't appreciate that they didn't stand behind their product. Got me for $180, but I will be purchasing a Toyota in December...
