I am sorry the piece that is missing from your vehicle is not warrant-able due to the fact that Hyundai Manufacture will need to inspect the damaged and or broken components. When you come in to replace the special ordered parts for your vehicle, we will submit a claim to Hyundai Manufacture for possible good will assistance. I am extremely sorry that your air bag light came back on. Please bring it in so we can look at your vehicle. I am unaware as to what the concern is currently. If it is the same part, it is under warranty and you would incur no additional charges. We want your vehicle running and operating properly. We will diagnosis the concern for free. I really am sorry if you think we would mislead you on your repairs, I can assure that is not our goal. If your repairs could be done under warranty, we certainly will do that.

I apologize sir that the vehicle gave you any concerns. My technician told me that they showed the rodent damage to you. We want all our customers to be happy with our service experience. I apologize if there was a misunderstanding sir, it shows, you brought the vehicle in for a problem with the seat and we replaced a switch. That is the only thing listed on the repair.
On your previous visit you had declined for us to diagnose your back up camera, is that what you are referring to? Please call when you are able, i am unaware of anything else that was needed.

I do apologize your part did not come painted, we have serviced your cars for several years. My staff has always treated you right i believe. Hyundai does not paint body panels as they will no longer match the vehicles painted 10 years ago. We respect you sir and your opinion, please understand we dont want you to have to return for something either.
