$100 oil change????
Almost $100 for just a man oil change?? I’m driving a Hyundai not a BMW. And not even a car wash with it and now I have to go back in 5000 miles for another $100 oil change?? This is the most ridiculous oil change I have ever had and I have had BMWs and sold my Lexus to buy my Hyundai.

Highly disappointed
I’ve been to this dealership before and my services were better than this last one. My detail was not completed like I was promised, they didn’t add coolant to my car, and they didn’t have the folder needed. I specifically did this service so that I could take it on a long road trip. They need to do better!

Fast and great costumer service
My car needed to change clock spring. This is because horn and all features on steering wheel do not work properly. I was expecting more than five hours or even day. However, I went there, and manager explained they have to diagnose car and tell me what needs to be changed. He offered Lyft service if I need to go to work.
I said I will wait for diagnosis result and then drop my car to them to fix all issues. After 45 minutes, manager came said my car is ready to go. Problem was clock spring and car was in good condition. Thank you, I will definitely come here next time

Multi-point Inspection Missed Significant Safety Issue
A multi-point inspection which involves looking at all major components to spot any issues was performed. This involves removing / inspecting / rotating tires, as well as looking at brakes. They missed a bad wheel bearing that displayed movement when pulled on (which it is not supposed to do).

I have had other work done by them that seemed good, but I cannot recommend one of their multi-point inspections after this.

Charged me $84 after tax for a basic oil change, when price on hyundai website was $39.95. Then maybe you should update your website instead of telling me your prices changed 3 months ago.

Wanted to charge $530!!!! to replace hood struts, $70 to replace cabin air filter, and $80 for splash guard.

Replaced the hood struts myself for $35, replaced cabin and engine air filter myself for $35. Bought the splash guard for $15 and replaced it myself. All under $100 and you guys wanted $680…

Also it’s been over 9 months that I’ve been trying to get my car properly checked out (since dec 2020). I’ve brought my car in 5 times now for an engine oil consumption test. Originally their protocol was to bring the car in 4 times. Once every 1000 miles to check oil level. I did that and on my 4th visit they said they changed their protocol… Meaning I wasted my time for nothing. Basically they said they couldn’t do anything for me bc they don’t even have the new protocols from hyundai. So my service advisor (Jeremy) says he will call me back to schedule an appt when the new protocols come in. I wait 2 months nothing. I call and they said they have no new info. Another 3 months go by and no response. So I call again and they said Jeremy no longer worked there. So I’ve been waiting in limbo for 5 months.

I was a little worried about how the people would be when I took my car in for it's first service. The person that took my car was very courteous and the service was completed in a very reasonable time.

I felt that I was in good hands with a caring team
In my opinion, my Service Writer, Luciano was the best part of my visit. My appointment had been deleted from the system for some reason and he stepped up and took care of me and my car without batting an eye. My wait turned out to be somewhat lengthy because of the appointment deletion but Luciano kept me informed every step of the way. He was kind and patient with my questions and concerns. His professionalism should be an example to others. I believe that he went "above and beyond" to make my visit a very pleasant one.

They are always friendly and prompt service
We receive reminder emails that it’s time for maintenance. You can schedule appointments conveniently with easy check in. We bought our car new from Parks Hyundai and have taken it back twice for maintenance and both times have been great experiences.
