I always get great service from Voss Hyundai. I did not like the high battery expense. That may be out of Voss's control. It is the most expenseive battery I ever owned. Excellent service though.

Reasonable charges for services rendered (I had tire rotation and replacement of radiator coolant for about $85 !
All appears well with work done. Only negative? No car wash prior to taking car home. Probably an "oversight". I still like you guys (and girls).

Your service department is the best!! Mark is ALWAYS extremely pleasant and helpful!! I did however, had to call last Saturday, and I talked to Steve. He, on the other hand, was not the nicest guy. I explained my situation, and that I was in a pickle, because I had a very busy week ahead and needed my car fixed. I told him what it was doing and he then, told me what he thought it was. He wanted me to drop the car off, and I explained that I come down from Springfield, and had no way to do that. I also ask for something to drive if it was going to take all day, and he said that he didn’t have a loaner for me. So, after hesitating for a second and being very flustered.,I told him I’d call back, and he just hung up! No ok, goodbye or anything! Maybe I’m being too sensitive, but, I’ve always been well pleased and have my questions answered when talking to Mark.
