Super Friendly & Fast Service
I took my car in concerned that I had gotten a bad oil change at a chain service place. They identified that the washers were poorly replaced and that was causing an oil leak, in addition to identifying another non-related issue and replaced it free of charge, all in the middle of a snowstorm, and still managed to return it within 48 hours. I will definitely be returning for future oil changes and services.

Professional repair
It is first time I take my car service here. The service is quick and professional and efficient. The sensor under passenger seat does not work. They help me take for a change for free. Very nice.

Not a happy customer right now..
The service before this one, I had over $300 of services (replacing filters and such) done because they made it seem like I REALLY needed to have them done even though my car is only 1 year old. So I did it anyway. I dropped my car off to get serviced again a week ago and when they called me, they tried to sell me the same service as before. The expensive useless service I had JUST gotten the time before. Needless to say I was mad. Check my car and see what I need. Do not go by mileage and just offer me whatever service mileage I’m close to. If I had somewhere else to go I would stop coming too Tameron. Never had an issue until now but trying to sell me stuff I clearly don’t need is a HUGE no-no in my book.

Fixed but ....
It seems the car had a recall on it that I never received and caused this problem. I also had 3 other recalls on the Santa Fe so I traded it in and got a Ford!!!!

Purchased my 17' ionic and two weeks later o2 sensor went bad. Service department went above and beyond to locate a Hyundai service rental which was extremely appreciated. (I'm a single dad.) Hyundai's warranty covered all repair work and my dealer service rental. Thankful for their team of professionals because they got my new car back to me in a timely manner with quality communication and work.

I liked everything about my 75,000 Service other than the lack of being able to explain what they did. They usually vacuum the car as well but they didn’t.
