Want to burn up your motor?
We recently had out 2013 Santa Fe Sport serviced at Tameron Hyundai in Hoover. This is where we bought out CPO SUV so we have always had it serviced here. My wife is the primary driver of the vehicle so the last time she took it to have the oil changed, she asked about a sound the tires made while driving and if it could be cause by the suspension. They advised her that both the tires and suspension were fine and they didn't hear a noise. It was time for the oil to be changed again and they told us to rotate and balance the tires every other oil change so we were having that done as well. The service advisor Matt Austin calls me to let me know the tires are feathering and he recommends an alignment of the suspension as well as rotate and balance. Slightly aggrivated that he recommends this service to reduce the noise that we again complain of from the tires but now the tires have a wear pattern that will only get worse. We did what service was recommended by the service advisors at Hyundai since we bought the vehicle with brand new tires and now we will need new tires only 9 months after purchasing because we didnt get an alignment sooner. To top it off, my vehicle now is leaking oil. There were no leaks prior to having it serviced at Tameron Hyundai and now 5 days later the oil is about a quart low and I now have oil stains on my driveway. Hopefully they didn't mess something up and they only forgot to tighten the oil pan plug or oil filter. Either way, if you want careless service with a smile go see Matt and the team at Tameron Hyundai service.

I apologize for the leaking oil and for any inconvenience we have caused you. I am glad you came back so we could resolve your oil leak issue. Our technicians do make mistakes, fortunately it is not common. We strive to give our customers our best and it seems we did not deliver. I hope you can accept my apology , and hopefully you can give us another try.

I am sorry to hear about the phone call you received. We do not try and push a service onto a customer. I don't want you or any of my customer's feeling coerced into doing a service or whatever. I have contacted the group making the phone calls and have dropped there services. I apologize for there phone call. In the future, you will be getting a phone call after every service from one of my employees Jeni Short. She is great. She will just check in to make sure that your visit with us was good.
