Thank you Joe B. I appreciate the frank response. I'll be more careful in the future, such that I'm not counterproductive. Something that might help towards this, is to publish the cost of a 30,000 mile maintenance cost. Had I known up-front, I'd have been more critical going in.

Excessive Cost of Routine Maintenance
I was disappointed in the high cost of a 37.500 mile routine maintenance. Even subtracting the needed front-end alignment and the tires, it was high. Having owned a paint and body shop and working with dealers, I was familiar with the higher prices of dealers compared to regular service vendors, but was shocked at my costs.

It is counter productive to keep filling out bad surveys about us. The 30k service you paid for is the same everyone else pays for. I had offered you to come by so we can sit and discuss cost of ownership.

Always have been treated fairly and had great service.
I would still recommend Tameron to a friend, we just need to figure out what the heck is up with this Genesis R-Spec before my wife drives me crazy with this issue. It's her car.
