Good afternoon. Thank you for taking the time to complete our survey. The time to complete a basic oil change depends on several things. A basic oil change service that includes looking over the entire vehicle, topping off fluids and adjusting tire pressure, normally runs about 30 minutes... The additional time includes the complimentary hand car wash and vacuum.
I hope this information is helpful. We do our best to reduce the client's wait time as much as possible.
