In a time when poor performance is acceptable, it is refreshing to come into a business and find attention and consideration for one's auto needs.
I was pleasantly surprised to arrive at my oil change appointment, and interact with an interested agent and one who answered my questions and concerns with a positive attitude. He was not only doing his job, but was doing it with a consciously good attitude.
It was a quick fix and lube job. Their waiting room was comfy and came with free wifi. I was able to create a new Spotify playlist, and watch an episode of Sunny while I waited. Before I knew it, my car was ready to be picked up.
They put a new engine in my car and had it done in just 2 weeks. They were friendly. The only thing I can say that was not great is that they didn't wash my car.
Mario is fantastic! My first time to the service center I didn't know where I was going, when I turned the corner off Iowa st Mario was standing out in the cold waiting to guide me! Ive never had such service!
Mario was very polite & respectful. He had to get me set up with a loaner car first thing on a Monday morning & was frustrated because he had asked the sales department on Saturday to have one ready for me but that did not happen. He never could find any dealer plates & we had to pull the temporary paper license out of the window of my new car for me to be semi legal to get to work. they finished with the service with in 4 hours & it was ready & waiting when i got there & they put the permanent license plates on before i left as well.
I've had the best service since I bought my car in 05, that has to be 12 years with Rairdon's Hyundai of Bellingham. Free car wash ticket and relaxing waiting room/TV
