Scammed by Bushing
I write this review to shake myself out of a state of shock. The spiteful GM Gladdis Vaughn has scammed me using the WA state Bushing law to squeeze money out of me a day AFTER I signed the full lease contract for a new Tucson with her sales manager Isaac Rogers. Before I decided to pursue the offer, the sales rep Himanshu, sales manager Isaac including Gladdis had confirmed the contract terms via email and text. I even got the signed contract papers in hand before driving off. A business day later, she started blackmailing me to pay up more money (amend the contract) or that she would take back possession of the car which technically belonged to me. Further the day I signed the new lease I had turned in my previously leased Hyundai Ioniq to the dealership. She refused to return that car back to me essentially rendering me helpless without any vehicle in possession. What is worse is the time I will never get back spent researching, negotiating, driving to and from the dealership and the three hours I waited for them to process the papers. I am still processing what has just happened before I can lodge an official complaint with the Federal Trade Commissioner. Be very warned with this shady dealership!

Help with Purchasing a new 2024 Tucson Limited
Thanks to Paras Bawa I am now a highly satisfied owner of a 2024 Hyundai Tucson Limited Hybrid. Paras and others (especially Lee Deberry) were outstanding in helping me select the best car for my needs and interest and needs. The Tucson Hybrid's great gas mileage and safety features were most important as I selected between it and other hybrid SUVs. Hyundai's much longer warranty and the Tucson's overall performance when compared to other compact SUV were important too. Paras has been very helpful following the purchase as I learn how to use the navigation and other high tech features. I am also impressed with Hyundai's free BlueLink safety and car care package.

Warranty Scam and Poor Service
We will never buy another car at this dealership or go to the service department. They sell a "warranty" with their cars that does not line up with Hyundai service recommendations. Even if you get all your service at Hyundai, you will void the warranty. Shady business practices at their finest. The service department has terrible customer service and was most likely the cause of damage to our engine. They will never get another cent from us again and we hope that many more people will choose to avoid this dealership and service department and go elsewhere.

Engine threw a rod!
A month ago, our car threw a rod, although we've routinely maintained it over the years. This seems to be a factory defect that Hyundai is aware of, because the service center sent a photo to HQ and they replaced the engine without charge. Thank goodness!

Jimmy in the service center was very helpful and kept us informed each step of the process. And the service center worked to get the new engine and our car replaced as quickly as possible.

We're very happy with the Rairdon Hyundai Service Center, and especially Jimmy's level of customer service. Thank you!

They do not honor service contracts.
Purchased a new car with a 3 year service contract. Went in for a 16,000 mile service. I was assured a tire rotation was included. My final paperwork said a tire rotation had happened. Unfortunately, I number my tires, (I had a lot of problem with tires in my old car and needed to tell them apart to diagnose problems, it's a thing I do.) My tires were in the same place.
I brought this to their attention and little apology happened and no one took ownership of the mistake. I went to the sales manager to ask for a refund right away for an extended service contract I bought. If they are not going to fulfill it, what the point in having paid for it? She told me I was being unreasonable. Upon leaving and frustrated that no one seemed to care she followed me out to the parking lot and yelled at me not to come back. Funny when I have a service contract. Don't get service here. Don't buy a car from here. You will eventually regret it.

Above and Beyond Service
I worked with Tanner and Keun at Rairdon's Hyundai. I am in the Dallas Metroplex and unfortunately Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limiteds are rare here. Rairdon's had exactly the color combination that I wished.

Everything went extremely smoothly, and even though it was a rare situation (someone buying a car from 2200 miles away) Tanner and Keun worked with me to get everything set up and worked with my Credit Union. After the sale, I had to set up a transport to take the car from Bellingham to Dallas. That meant the car would have to sit there a couple days, and they would need to speak with the transport driver and do the inspection for the Bill of Lading. No problems....Tanner even took a ton of pictures so I could identify any damage that happened in route.

The dealership went above and beyond in a very non-status quo situation. They were always helpful and friendly--even after they had the check. I am recommending them to my kids and grandkids that live up in Port Angeles.

Excellent Help in an Emergency Situation
Kevin went above and beyond to help me resolve a serious fluid level issue with my brand new Santa Fe PHEV on a Friday afternoon. Rairdon's is my preferred service location and when an issue cropped up out of town another Hyundai dealer blew me off but not Kevin at Rairdon's! He came through to not only help me that day but to keep me well informed as they did trouble shooting to understand the source of the issue. Thank you Kevin and the Rairdon service team!!

One note...I did not purchase my Santa Fe PHEV from Rairdon's. Not because I didn't want to, but because this vehicle is not yet sold in WA. As you can see, the level of service I received from Kevin did not depend on me purchasing the vehicle from Rairdon.
