We are sorry to hear that the hard reset on the radio and backup camera did not solve everything intermittent issues are always the hardest. Of course it was working both before and after our reset attempt.
Norm will reach out to you directly and we'll come up with a new plan. Although the factory warranty on that system ended years ago, your extended service contract will cover it for many more years and miles ahead, and we'll do what we can to find a final solution for you ahead of that.
