Everett Hyundai continues to be a reliable and trustworthy place to have your vehicle serviced. I have been going there for a number of years and have always had a very good experience.  As Service Manager of the HYUNDAI OF EVERETT store, I am sorry to hear that you found our service department to be unsatisfactory.
 
I have looked into your two service visits. The technician on your first visit in early June ran the diagnostics and reset the system per the diagnostic flow chart. He tested the system afterwards for over 12 miles with out a failure. When you returned with the same condition in the end on August. The system was would not reset, which allowed him to continue to work the flow chart and he was able to trace the intermittent failure to the right rear radar. He replaced radar as needed to correct the failure. 

 I'm satisfied that you concern has been corrected. Unfortunately with a intermittent condition , it can take more then one attempt to repair.
