Satisfied Service
I service my 2001 Toyota Tacoma, buy my tires, rotations done, alignments and various other items at this establishment. I have had a few hiccups in 20 years & I would say majority of them have been oversight/inspection issue, (oil filter not tight enough, leaking oil), tire going low over time (valve stem issue), Improper equipment installed, Chris rectified without fuss. Changed out parts no cost but labor I paid for. Overall I would say 4.25 star & recommend.

Lawn Mower
49 Tire changed all my Lawn Mower tires. These small tires are really a tuff battle to get on and off. But they did a good job and all went well. I take all my service work to 49 Tire 3 vehicle's and my mower.
Thanks Chris Tolleson and all your crew, for the best service any where around.
They really are PROS in this business.

Honest and dependable
If you are anywhere in the Jackson Metro area you need to go see Chris and his crew for all of your automotive needs. Every time I have been in the store or called I have been treated with respect by people who genuinely care. Always been honest and go out of their way to help.

People You Trust
Always great service. James is the reason we use 49 Tire and Auto. He can be trusted to give an honest opinion as to what is needed. Note that all the employees are good and helpful as well.

Great Customer Service
My husband, daughter and I were on a family vacation to Gulf Shores, Alabama when we had a tire to blow. It used damage to our 5th wheel, at 4:00 a.m. in the morning. We managed to get someone to change the tire to our spare and we then had to find a tire shop to buy another tire. We were advised to go to your business and we were so happy we did. The customer service was excellent even though we had to deal with our insurance company. James Smith took up so much time with us and made sure that we are taken care of. After waiting for over an hour for our insurance company to send the necessary paperwork, which they did not send, James told us to go ahead and get to our destination. He went way beyond to make sure we got to our destination quickly and safely. I wish I could give your company a 10, because you definitely deserve it. Thank you again James and your staff. I did call back to make sure you got paid.

Always great service
Called late yesterday. Got an appointment for this morning. My truck was pulled in right away. Just over an hour, for mount and balance on four tires, an oil change, and an alignment. That’s great turnaround.

Quick friendly service
Driving thru from Texas and found a nail in our tire. From wait time to job completion they had us in and out in 30 minutes- worked us in quickly. Very friendly.

Communication needed for closing
I’m neutral on my service this time. Had tires rotated and aligned; still really loud when driving. Could just be the tires. Main concern this time is text from them said open 7-5:30; got there at 5:10 to pick up vehicle and they were closed! Man in garage area just closed the door right in front of me without a word. Haven’t had a problem like this before, so hopefully won’t happen again.

49 Tire & Auto saves the day!
I was leaving for work when a low air pressure warning came on about my driver’s side front tire. Since it was considerably lower than recommended, I felt unsafe to drive to work. I called 49 Tire & Auto and they told me to come straight there and they would take care of it. I did and they patched a hole in my tire plus did a tire rotation all free of charge since I purchased the tires there & got the insurance plan. Great job!

Fast as lightning
I went to 49 Tire on coupon day and arrived before my scheduled appointment time. Everyone was upbeat that early in the morning. They had my oil changed before I could finish the courtesy cup of coffee.

Tire rotation
Purchased new set of tires that were due for rotating. Drove in to the Hwy 49 store and was greeted promptly. Tire rotation was performed and I was back on the road again in about 30 minutes! I've bought my tires from this dealer for about 30 years. Very happy customer.
