I took my 2015 Audi Q5 for collision on the front left side including the door. The damage cost over 21K which they received. I took the car back dozen times correcting many problems that should have been done right the first time. The inside panel on the door is coming off and he promised to correct this. I have been waiting patiently.
Abby is rude and has not return my text messages. He is ignoring the problem. I don’t think the mechanic is qualified. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

This Auto Body shop is Fantastic
Abby’s Auto Center did exactly what they said they would. The staff is very professional and completed my vehicle body repair in the time they said and did a fantastic Job. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend them for your Auto body repair.

Happily going the extra mile
Went far beyond car care after an oil job and refurbishing very 'grayed'(?) headligh lenses. People can now see me approaching! Th far beyond bit is spray washing my engine and outside paint, nothing I would have ever expected. At first I thought they had the wrong car or were trying to pitch for extra money for a service not requested. Nope: "Just a customer service", said Abby. Wow, hardly the way most handle business in 2020, but Abby does. That's why today's five star rating. Oh, and with a recent bad back, I thoroughly appreciated the (apparently routine) ride back and forth to my home (34/ miles away).

Feels like family
This is where I got my car worked on and he was by far the best mechanic I've ever been to not only did he work with my program and accept my grant because he knows that me and my daughter are low income and has been working with my entire family for a long time but he it's always super cheap and super fast and the best part was he was super honest I had a paper that my brother had from about a year ago with five things that the car "needed" that totaled up to almost $2,000 in work from the GM dealer and when he did the estimate he told me the car didn't even need half of the stuff and the stuff that it did need the prices were nowhere near what GM was charging I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will definitely be going back he really helped us out and got us on the road I'll be able to do laundry and go grocery shopping now and get my daughter into some sports activities thank you Abby ?
