This is Rich the owner, im sorry this experience went to this place for review. I was really hoping u would pick up car before noon while i was here i really wanted to talk to u about what we found in our therow inspection for good communication because we found issues u cant find without a inspection, This would have been found in a pre-purchase inspection car would have been red flags.. sorry that there was a break down of that or miss understanding. My tech. acually has work on lots of smart cars in the past at his other shop. it drives just like most smart cars deffinately feels different then most. but we found numerous electrical communication issues that could be causing some of what u feel driving. someone in past replaced the computer and the speedometer cluster and they didnt do the required reprograming to match the vin# and car so thats the main reason i could go any further with it. Im not even sure that it could be sold like that, im just not sure. . My hope was that this information i thought u would go back to were u purchased have a conversation with them. also u as owner u needed this info, so u dont spend alot of money on car when this grograming needs to happen 1st, and im not 100% sure where u get that done, unfortunatelly its little tehnical may need dealership for that.
