Great car.

I have a 1999 30th Anniversary edition. Very reliable. Fast car. Would definitely recommend. I haven't had any major issues even at 279,000 miles. Just normal wear and tear except for the interior which has fallen apart easily.

Best car I ever owned

I have had this car for almost 20 years. It has never stranded me anywhere. It is a flexible, efficient machine. I am getting ready to buy another one.

We drove across the state to buy this used Subaru.

They don't call it a Love Car for no reason. My son did the research and insisted I have a Subaru, not only for it's mechanical integrity but because of it's safety record. He called it The Momma Saver. I just wanted a car that fit me (I'm 5' tall/short) and my lifestyle (artist, yard sale junkie) and I got it all in my Subaru. So when my sister in California bemoaned the fact that her husband kept taking her to HIS favorite car dealerships, I suggested she insist on a Subaru test drive. She drove it, she loved it, he bought it. And she calls it HER Love Car.

Very happy

Very happy with my1999 Outback. Been driving it 16 years since I purchased it new. No problems other than normal wear & tear. (Brakes, Tires & Battery)

16 Years old, still great

No major repairs first 15 years, Normal tire replacement and brake repairs. I have low mileage.
