The air conditioning in my F150 hadn't worked for 2 summers! I was charged 2000.00 at a dealer for some hoses and a thermostat and they didn't touch the air conditioning as they promised. Thank you Crist - he really came through as he said he would!! I now have air conditioning in my truck again - just as he said I would, and for the price he said he would charge me. I am beyond grateful to finally find someone I can trust! He didn't let me down, and I recommend him highly to anyone in need of someone that is honest and trustworthy to repair their vehicle!

Car roof leak - fixed efficiently & for the estimated cost
A couple of weeks ago, my sunroof was leaking rainwater into the front & back of my car. A neighbor advised I take it to a nearby repair shop, which estimated it would cost $180 to $200 to unclog the drains. But - after waiting a day, I was told the cost, instead, would be $650. That sounded like a scam to me. While driving home, by chance I passed Exxon North; stopped by & talked to Crist, who estimated it would cost about $161 to fix the problem. He did exactly as promised &, so far, there have been no problems. More than that, he sticks to his word. That makes all the difference, especially in a profession like this. I've been looking for a reliable car repair shop in Alexandria; I've found one here.

Crist was lovely and so incredibly helpful!
Crist was so wonderful and helpful, I came in for help getting my front license plate installed and he lent me a hand free of charge! His entire shop is incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy - I definitely recommend popping in for your service needs. Will definitely use them for oil changes and other car needs going forward. Such a lovely man!

Quick fix of a flat

I want to give a shout-out to Manager Crist D. for his friendly assistance in helping me with tasks that I should be able to do myself (like oil top-ups and license plate installation). He is knowledgeable and ready to answer questions and provide advice, on jobs large and small. The manager went out of his way for me.
I would recommend Alexandria Exxon North to any local resident of Old Town. The manager, Crist D., is a stand up guy and tells it like it is. It's hard to find a honest anything, but an honest mechanic is a Godsend.

Raving fan of Crist, mgr, and his team’s customer svc
I entered Exxon Alexandria North shortly after closing. I had a flat tire… nail in my tire. Crist, the mgr, stayed past closing time to personally patch and repair my tire and ensured all the tires had equal tire pressure… an important step he explained to ensuring proper long-term wear of the tires. Crist exceeded my expectations and will no doubt exceed yours too if you give him a chance to serve. Crist demonstrates what great, hometown service used to be. So glad he brought his talents to Old Town.

Great service!
While driving near this Exxon, my low tire pressure light came on. I pulled into the station and immediately Crist (the Manager) assisted me by checking my tire pressure and filling all 4 tires in no time. Their service was friendly, fast and efficient!
