They are very friendly and easy to work with. I appreciate getting the email with the results from the visit that include pictures of areas they addresses. We have used them for a few years now and will continue to go there.

Time has proved you can trust what they do and how they back it up
We've used All About Automotive for many years now for all our cars. When it comes to our vehicles, we don't always want to hear the bad news or the cost to repair something, but you can trust you're not being ripped off or deceived by this shop. You can count on the work, you can count on the follow up, and you can count on this team to do what is right. They use pictures and video to show issues and they shoot straight to allow the customer to make the decision that is right for them. We've come to know they are good people to work with.

Pleased with the service...but costly
Hello, yes, as part of maintenance of my vehicle, it was time to change out the transmission fluid, filter and the gasket. I did get good news that there were no metal particles in the pan. I was very happy with that news. The reason for the 4 stars was the shock of over $750 for the work to be done. That's before the $30 discount for the spring service special. I had to take a breath to recover from the cost of this being done. By all means, their work done here is outstanding, but with everything going up in costs and being retired, this was a setback for me. Yes, I will still come back here for their great service and highly recommend them if you need maintenance work or repairs done.

Excellent service very personally provided. Work was done quickly and professionally in a reasonable time limit.
This is the first time that I have used the services of this shop. Excellent service was provided in a timely manner. Communication of issues was prompt and clear. Everything was properly and efficiently handled to my great satisfaction. I will definitely return again. Recommend highly.

I like their new digs
The place is friendly and inviting, clean and orderly, and the front office staff is nice.

Steve Johnston worked hard to resolve my many stored error codes and rough running in my Jaguar XJR, but they're strange beasts.

Great shop, great people
I’ve had 2 repairs done here. One was an emergency where they worked to fit me in and the other a scheduled repair. They were informative, honest, knowledgable and thorough on both. Their communication has been great from pre-visit to follow up. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle here again.

Always helpful, friendly and efficient!
We have been using All About Automotive for several years. Our 21-year-old car is still serving us well, thanks to their great work. The staff is always friendly, efficient and great at troubleshooting problems. They get the work done quickly and for a fair price. Highly recommend them!

Outstanding service!
This was our first experience having our car's issues diagnosed and fixed by All About Automotive. Debbie was very welcoming and friendly. Our tech was Steve. He did an excellent job and was very thorough in explaining the issues so that we could easily understand what was needed. We are extremely satisfied.
