Service Department
The service is poor and evident when concerning Alisha Gurule’ and her Chevy. Janice is working with Miss Gurule’ to repair her car but today service manager decided to cancel the rental she has and was promised she could use til her car was repaired or there was a permanent repair. it seems that there’s a miscommunication somewhere between him and sales and customer relationships. Each department is obviously not speaking to one another. How could your service manager make such an incompetent decision? My only thought could be that he was not informed.

Summary of Beyond Poor Service
A car was purchased from the company. Weeks later the engine light came on. The car has been to service countless times and never fixed permanently. No resolution, no car, the rental payment was canceled by the service manager today. The service manager never repaired the Cruze in fact it’s still in the shop. Me this make sense.

Valle Foundation Concerns for Alizcia Gurule
My name is Luis Valle and I am with the Valley foundation located in Pittsburg California. I am writing regarding my niece Alizcia why purchased a car from your company. Service in both California and Arizona have spent over 12k repairing the car that is still not repaired. Today Enterprise rental called and advised that the manager of service will no longer be paying for the rental. The thought process behind that decision is quite ignorant considering that you still have her Chevy Cruz in your service department. What is the resolution and why are you involved if you are only going to cause more grief. What do you lab to do to resolve the issue?

Another bad Review
Find a permanent resolution for the white Chevy Cruze sitting in service. Then take back your rental. Does it take a genius to figure that out. Your service department manager just ruined a very good persons day all because he wanted to make an Executive decision based on saving his department money. Terrible service I will make sure to post for all 5k followers to spread the word to never do business with your company.

Manager of Sales
As a manager myself I am very aware that customers such as Alizcia Gurule deserve to be treated fairly. Her nonstop filing of records of email Correspondences text phone calls including receipts of repairs made by her and the warranty plus her own personal recipes for the upkeep of the Chevy Cruz and it all verifies that your company is in the wrong. Our group has watched Alicia endure the most devastating experience pertaining to a car that should have brought her relief. There seems to be no resolution only constant issues and blatant disregard and disrespect for a customer who has done everything in her power to give you the opportunity to make this right. Fire your new manager he’s already making decisions that will affect the reputation of your company we will not stop emailing contacting the media or whatever we have to do until there is a resolution for her.

Your service manager made a terrible decision already!!!! Didn’t he just get hired!!!! How do you stop payment on someone’s car yet you still have the car they purchased from you. You should be ashamed of yourself I hope Mrs.Gurule takes y’all to court you have done nothing but cause this lady problems, hang up on her, lie to her, and promise a resolution but then go and stab her in the back . You couldn’t have the decency to call her and tell her your not paying for the rental. That’s pretty shady business if you ask me.

I’m Matt follower of an individual who has gone through the ringer with y’all. But to top it off when there’s suppose to be a resolution in the making disaster strikes again. Your new sales manager decided to end payment for the rental although he still has Alizcias car in his SERVICE DEPARTMENT with ABSOLUTELY NO REPAIR. Why? Where’s Janice we want answers NOW!!!!!!

Cause for Concern
A former student of mine informed me of her situation surrounding a Chevy purchased from your company. A year later the individual endured a relentless plethora of intricacies. The individual informed our group that a sales manager has seized payment on the rental provided via the dealership through Enterprise. She is currently considering returning the car due to lack of funds. We have advised that she speaks to Janice which has been her only solidarity through this quite frankly discreditable ordeal.

Permanent Repair
Name is Chris and Once again we are writing about the same issue we’ve been complaining about for over a year. The Chevy Cruz purchased by Alicia Gurule over a year ago. Today Alicia informed us that she got a call from enterprise that the service Manager stopped payment on the rental. Alicia has no car because it is at the shop at the service department the same service department where the manager has canceled her only means of transportation. Why is there not a permanent resolution and why every time she turns around something is wrong with this car situation. It’s time we take it to the media there’s never been a resolution over a year for this poor young woman enough is enough

Horrible NON STOP issues
I am a member of a group called In Honor Of Our Loved Ones and have Been a very good friend of Alizcias for years she purchased this car from Hyundai I believe a year And a half ago possibly with fund donated to help her recover from a oss of work due to her sons murder the car she purchased should have brought relief but it has only been horrible for her she has never had her car more than two months without having to take it for repair Janice is the only help she states she has but today a manager of the service department called enterprise and stopped payment We are all confused and will start to spread the word to get the medias attention there has been no resolution and it seems that there never will be shame on your service manager

Permanent Resolution
As you are aware the emails you will be receiving will not come lightly. We want a resolution to Alizcia’s Chevy Cruze not tomorrow not next month but now. She has done nothing but bow down to every request in hopes that her car will run correctly. Today she cries AGAIN because of the run around and hangs up and misinformation of all sorts. Please find a resolution it’s a shame she hasn’t seemed legal action

Sales Manager
My mom purchased a car year ago Janice and Italia have helped her through the worst times with this car but today she got a call from Enterprise advising her that the manager of sales has canceled payment for the rental car although they still have her car in their shop and it is not repaired this has been going on for over a year and not once has my mom called Lawyer or been rude or disrespectful she allows this to happen to her over and over and over when is her car going to be fixed what do we have to do to get a permanent resolution for my mom
