Sir you came yesterday to pick up your car and i greeted you with a smile and gave you a seat in the office and we had a discusion and showed you the reasons of the unwanted delays and we returned your car fixed and washed to you and you were extremely happy and you even told us about your restaurant business and you showed us no indications you were unhappy with us. as far as the delay as i explained to you by the time the extended warranty company put the claim and sent the inspector and waited a long time for approval and then part came damaged had to return and get another one from dealer which was a special order part. I saw the review you put and called you and talked to your friend and appologized about how you feel and i asked him what can we do to make it up. In return a add another negative review .
