It is unfortunate you are not satisfied with having your out of warranty vehicle repainted and paid for by Hyundai Motor America, especially when you were denied assistance by your hometown dealership in Virginia. 1st off my vehicle IS under warranty and has only 29,000 miles on it so still pretty new. 2nd we were not denied service where we were living, which by the way was not in Virginia, was never in Virginia at all. I am military and got orders and had to leave there before they could do the repairs from the factory recall. Yes it was done at no cost because it was a factory recall on the paint. Just another fine example of the rudeness I have encountered. I am sorry that you are angry for the bad review but maybe the guys in the service department should be a little nicer to people. The work done by Precision was excellent. They were extremely nice when I called to check on the status of the car.
