Love our Kona
My wife and I purchased our Kona from Steve Sayles and it's been a very reliable car for me.
Steve was kind enough to follow up to make sure we liked it and if he could answer any questions I might have.
Highly recommend!
Service Department is great, our Kona came with free oil changes and tire rotations and they're done promptly usually while I wait.

Very knowledgable about the different models, trim levels and found me the car I wanted at a fair price.

Service department is great too.

Sales - What a joke
How about this. You are working on a deal for 2 vehicles talking about finishing up the deal and taking delivery of both vehicles.
The day of taking delivery of such vehicles, I get a message from the sales person stating; "oh, we sold one the cars in the deal. Would you like to still consider purchasing the other vehicle?"

Um, no.
Stay far far away from this dealership

All's well that ends well
After a lot of bad experiences I was shocked to run into a dealership that is fair and square. I got a great deal, did not feel hassled at all, and found the staff, in particular Kolten, very helpful, and willing to answer all questions, and make something slightly unusual work easily. There were no undue surprises at the end. In hindsight, they maked things very easy and painless for me. Thanks for that
