Overheats and drains out battery frequently

The car overheats, fan under the hook keeps running even after turning off the engine, draining the battery often. Very noisy while driving on highway (wind noise and road noise) GPS hangs up often and voice prompt does not work. Shakes and makes sound while shifting gear, remote phone app takes for ever to respond and often even fails to respond.

Love my car.

I drove my car on vacation with my husband and another couple. We were all very comfortable and had plenty of room for traveling, even with suitcases and guitar cases for two couples. Good ride and comfort.

Best SUV for the money

You can spend thousands more but will not find a better value. There is not an American car that can match the value. I have owned dozens of new and used vehicles from a dozen different manufacturers. I can honestly say none have provided the dependability, performance and great value that Hyundai provides. We could not be more pleased with our Santa Fe. I will add tha our 2022 SantaFe is going to be difficult to replace especially because of the unattractive design of the new SantaFe since 2024.

Love this SUV with a couple exceptions.

A joy on the road, great around town, hate the push button transmission controls, door pocket drink holders are just too small Too much plastic trim everywhere on exterior that’s very vulnerable to road hazards.

Solid!

Feel safe and secure driving this very solid and well made SUV. Interior is crafted like a much more expensive vehicle, plenty of room for passengers and stuff. Have done several 8+ hours drives and very comfortable. Will get another one when my lease expires.

The Santa fe has overall been a good vehicle. I had a Kia prior. And the Hyundai has lived up to it's reputation of being a solid vehicle.I would recommend this style and workmanship to anyone who is looking for a medium priced vehicle.

2022 Santa Fe - Ohio

I didn't even think to check for a spare tire. I was born in 1953 and every car I have ever owned since I was 16 had a spare tire or at least a road donut. It was never brought to my attention, and I did not discover it until I was looking to find out if it was a tire or an emergency donut.

The only issue really was with

Very satisfied, Bought new do about 500 miles a month. Furthest distance about 120 miles one way.Highly reccomend.The only issue really is with the dealer service. They pumped the tires and did not check pressure ( over 40 lbs per sq inch should be35)

This car is great on the highway and on miles. It’s just the right size for me to drive. It’s very well built. I think it’s nicer looking than the new Santa Fe 2025. I tested the ne Santa Fe and I felt mine was a nicer drive.

Love Santa Fe

Love my Santa Fe. Very unhappy with Capital Hyundai. Would not want to own any other car.This is our second Santa Fe because our first one was totaled in an accident. I don’t think I will ever want to have anything but a Santa Fe.

Pretty good

Only complaint is Nav System. (BlueLink sytems can not offer STOPPED TRAFFIC - red line road) & computer has to think about speed adjustment momentarily @ 70MPH down to 50 then up with Cruise Control system engaged.

I got a lemon

I bought this brand new and it's been a piece of crap. I cannot recommend this vehicle to anyone. At around 20,000 miles the car died without warning while I was driving. It all of a sudden started accelerating without me doing anything and then it just died. The phone charger has never worked. I had to replace all four tires at around 24,000 miles. The horn just stopped working this week and the breaks are going, it's only two years old. The great and air doesn't work.

Very pleased with vehical in general.

Concerned with the frequent negative news I see. Will my vehicle last much longer before I have major problems and/or repair coverage runs out? I had two major problems with my 2018 Santa Fe. That's the reason I traded.

nice vehicle comes with a lot more features for the money than the competition. handles great rides great very comfortable car quiet interior nothing overly exciting about driving it. a v6 option would make a big difference although its not underpowered with the 4 cylinder

Most reliable car I ever had. Very efficient and good quality The technology on board makes me a better safer and better driver. It doesn’t allow you to be unsafe while driving. The technology protects you from committing driver error. Fun to drive
