Darrin and his service department always go above and beyond when servicing my Palisade. I have owned my Hyundai for 3 years and every time I go to Auffenberg Hyundai for regular maintenance or warranty issues Darrin and his staff always give top-notch service.

Jared Nenninger the salesman was very efficient and helpful with setting up my appointment with the service department. He was professional and the service department was great at squeezing me in. I would recommend both to anyone.

Oil changed, Headlights replaces and tires rotated
Darrin and his service dept. did an excellent job working on my car. It is a Chevrolet and the front bumper has to come off to change the head lights. The Tech not only did the job quickly, he corrected the alignment of the bumper back to the way it was supposed to look. The oil change and rotation were quick and they walked me through a couple preventative measures I might need to address in maintenance.I recommend their service to anyone who wants fast reliable service done right at a good price.

Drove Car in for Warranty-Warranty denied, recalls were done to car without my consent, car will not eve start now and they refuse to make it correct.
Very Long Story Short--I drove my car in for warranty work. Key word, I "DROVE" my car in there. The warranty work was denied. They did Recalls without my consent and Knowledge. Now, the car will not start to pick it up. They claim they had to push the car in and out. They refuse to get the car running again. They claim they have no cameras to prove I drove the car in to the lot. haha
PISS POOR Customer Service!!

I will bash this Dealership thru my business and social media as much as I can for what they are doing to me. How can you drive a car in to a dealership, then have to tow it home!!??? From work they did!!

Drove Car in for Warranty-Warranty denied, recalls were done to car without my consent, car will not eve start now and they refuse to make it correct.
1 Star was too high of a review, I needed a Ned 10 Star rating.
I drove a 2012 Elantra in to their lot and dropped off after hours for warranty work. Warranty was denied because we were 2nd owners, not the 1st.
But, to make it worse, they performed some Recalls on the ECM for fuel issues and battery issues.
THESE RECALLS WERE DONE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. Regardless, the car will now not even start to drive it back home. They claim they had to push the car in and out to work on it. I asked them to look at their cameras to see me driving it in their lot. They claim they do not have cameras to see this. Bullcrap.. A business this size with no security cameras!!??!!
They treated my wife very rude the first time she went to pick up the car and discovered it would not start. Never received any apology for anything. The service manager all but accused me of trying to do something sneaky/tricky to them. It was bad enough that they denied the warranty work because we were not original owners, but now I have a car that will not even start from their parking lot to drive back home. Worst Experience ever from a dealer. I do not recommend these people at all. I own my own small used car lot and work out at Procter and Gamble. I will help spread the word every chance I get about their bad business ethics, and the way they treated us. The service manager Darrin is the best of the best. I drive extra miles to his dealership just get his wonderful care.

I personally drove the car at high speed and around town low speed to try and replicate a number a driving conditions. We are unable to duplicate any concern on your 2022 Santa Cruz other than you having stated that you have bumped the shifter over from time to time(into manual mode) causing the concern, which if in manaul mode and not shifted it will only go 20 mph. You personallly asked me if I could move the cup holders in the vehicle, stating that you kept bumping it over with your large cup. When left in drive, the car exhibited zero issues for us on both occasions it was here. I would highly recommend you take this to another Hyundai dealer, I am certain they will find the same result of no problem found. I just hope you dont bash them on the internet when they find the same result.

Best around!
The service crew took in my vehicle very quickly and did everything I asked faster than I expected. The job was very clean and taken care of. I couldn’t be happier with how my vehicle is performing now. Professionalism is at an all time high here! Don’t hesitate to bring your vehicle here and get it looked at!
