Not happy, ripped off

I dropped off my vehicle for state inspection and an oil change… I got a call telling me that my vehicle would not pass inspection. I was told that it needed lower ball joint on right side and it was bad, that the front wheel bearing had to much play in them, and the rear axle seal was leaking over rear shoes and both needed to be replaced. I was then told it would be $2800.00 and they would change rear end fluid and bake fluid. That all this needed to be done to the vehicle to pass inspection. I wait a day and half to call and check on it, they told me there were still working on the rear axle, rear brakes and rear end. Then later I got a call back telling me that the rear brakes were ok, the rear axle seal was ok, and was not leaking after all. However they still did a brake fluid flush and rear end fluid that was leaking… they charged me 352.00 for the axle seal that I did not need and the back axle seal, then 500.00 to pack the front wheel bearing. What BS . Cost way to much and poor judgment on their part telling me that the rear axle seal was leaking and that brakes were bad when they were not, I will not be going back there. And I hope no one else will. I truly just feel I was ripped off big time. The cost to pick up my vehicle was $ 2200.00 and now the car pulls to the left when driving it after they said they test drove it.

I hope we were able to clear up the miscommunication reguarding the axle seal and the front wheel bearings. We make mistakes, however if we dont know about them we cannot do anything about them. So we apprecate your review and we apologize for the experience you had. Its not what we strive for in the least. I hope after our conversation we can continue to have you as a customer.
