Air for tires
First of all I have bought 3 Hondas but now I have a jeep I am elderly and needed help. I pulled in to have my tire pressure checked and I have done this in the past no problem so I was told because I have nitrate in my tires they could not help me by just adding some air. I was upset because last year they were able to add air to my tires what changed?!?! The guy was lazy and did not want to do it poor customer service,

Excellent Service Center
Bought a 19’ CRV and have had a great experience with it. Love my car! I do all the factory recommended servicing. When the factory recall for the AC compressor came out I simply called my service advisor Adam. He booked an appointment for me and had me in and out in no time. Glad I did business with Autofair. I’ll be back in a few years to upgrade!

Nothing but lies and trickery
So just had the worst experience AGAIN at Honda AutoFair in Manchester NH. I have a 2019 Honda Civic Type R that I purchased in November 2019. Tuesday when I got out of work I got into my car and put the AC on and it was blowing out nothing but hot air. I called up Honda AutoFair and explained the issue. I had already been there 2 years ago for a recall on the AC system. I went even though there wasn’t an issue with it and they said they replace the AC condenser and other related parts. They said there was a 10 year warranty on the AC because of the recall and it’s a known issue. Fast forward back to two days ago when I called Honda AutoFair. They looked up my VIN and said it was indeed covered by warranty and to bring it in. So I scheduled an appointment for 7:40am the next day. They called me at around 11am and said it was ready to be picked up. I responded great and asked what part was leaking the AC condenser or the compressor and the service advisor responded both and said it was also recharged with Freon. When I got out of work at 1:30pm, I went to Honda Autofair to pick up my car. After getting the keys from the service department, I went outside into my car and turned it on and then turned on the AC and there was nothing but hot air blowing out. I thought to myself it will just take like 20 or 30 seconds. It just needs to kick on and then it’ll start blowing cold air, well 30 seconds went by and that didn’t happen. Maybe I need to drive down the road a little bit and warm up the engine and then it’ll come on for sure and so I started to leave Honda AutoFair and drove down the road a little bit, noticed my engine was warming up and still no cold air. I was so upset after my car been sitting there since 7:40 in the morning. I pulled the U-turn right in the middle of the road and went right back. I got out of my car and I walked towards the service department door and the advisor met me at the door before I even could make it inside. I told him the car is still blowing hot air out of it and he asked for the keys and to check it out himself. After sitting in my car for several minutes and playing with all the controls, he couldn’t get it to blow cold air and said he didn’t understand why it wasn’t and I didn’t either but I told him this was the perfect example of why I no longer come here. He then said let me go grab the service technician worked on it , the service technician that worked on it came outside and tried the same things with the controls and could not get it to blow cold air either. They popped the hood and he said the compressor was running and didn’t understand why it wasn’t blowing cold air. They asked if they wanted me to pull the car in and then would take another hour for them at minimum to look at it and I was unable to do so because I had an appointment at another dealership to get my car inspected As I no longer have been going there since the last Horrible experience I had. So I said, I would have to drop it off again the next day for the day. So this morning, I got another ride from a coworker and dropped off my car At 7:40 again. I told them that I wouldn’t even be back till 330 today to pick it up. When I got out of work at 3:30 and started walking toward Honda Autofair I got a call From a service advisor and they were telling me that the compressor needed to be replaced in the car and that wasn’t covered under warranty and it would cost $2800?!?! So having the last horrible interaction I had last time the owners which I hope will take notice to this had responded for me to contact her service Director John St. H To resolve the issues. So I told the advisor I would speak to John when I got there as you can probably imagine I was a little upset at this point. I was lied to by several employees again which is why I stopped going there. First by the guy I spoke with the said it’s cover under warranty. Then by them telling me the parts were replaced two years ago but never were and just inspected. Third by telling me my car was all set and it obviously wasn’t. Completely untrustworthy. How could my compressor stop working when the day before you give me a working order stating “All issues were corrected”

Highly recommend!
I had the pleasure of purchasing a Honda CR-V with Autofair Honda of Manchester NH, and I could not have had a better car buying experience! I was greeted right away by the sales staff, all of which were personable, warm, and accommodating. Debbi Roy and Danielle, along with countless other staffers made the entire process effortless, and were very helpful and informative through the entire process. This is my fourth time purchasing a vehicle, but my first time working with Autofair, and it was by far the best experience I have ever had. I will return there for all my future needs. I highly recommend shopping with Autofair Honda of Manchester or any affiliates for your future auto need!

2 Brand New HRV with Paint Defects
The primary purpose of this review is to inform other buyers of factory defects on two black 2022 HR-Vs vin number 3CZRU6H35NM741238 and3CZRU6H38NM748426. The first vehicle was parked inside upon arrival. Due to the interior lighting the factory paint defects were not noticed until all paperwork was completed and the car “purchased”. Thankfully, due to the suns movement, before getting in the car to drive away bubbles, and white streaks became very evident underneath the protective paint coating. The dealership informed us that Honda would only fix this by re-painting the door and thought this to be the best solution and wanted us to take the car. It was out belief that the purchase of a brand new car means that vehicle should be in perfect, top-notch condition. We refused the paint, as after factory painting of two doors would leave the car’s coloring looking uneven. They then offered the only other black HR-V 2022 on lot. We inspected the outside of the car, saw no blemishes, and returned to financing again to change the paperwork over to the 2nd vehicle. During competition of the paperwork, while they were buffing the car, it became clear that this car also had the same under coating paint defect. It was very clear from the numerous times they informed us, as things kept going from bad to worse, that it was critical we give them a ten on the final survey. That anything below a ten was a fail and would hurt them. After hearing this from our sales associate, two floor managers, and two financial advisors it was becoming clear that their main concern was their performance review not our considerable purchase. At this point we had spent five hours at the dealership and decided to go home and discuss what to do. We informed finance and the dealership to not run any purchase and wait for our decision. Within an hour of being home we decided it was worth waiting for a new car to come in that was not defective. We informed the dealership of this before they closed for the evening and provided them with detailed instructions on how to return our payment and they responded that it would be done. On Monday, the dealership called back informing us that they were cashing our check and needed a notice from our bank saying we would not stop the check before providing us with a deposit. Three days after informing them that we would not be purchasing the vehicle they fraudulently completed a sale for their own performance metrics. I want to make sure anyone purchasing a 2022 HR-V at this location is aware of the factory paint defects of these two cars. After the way we were handled by the dealership I am worried that they will try to ide the issue and not be truthful to potential buyers. While I know that the defect was not the dealerships fault the way that they handled the issue by not offering any discount, any other fixes, and attempting to push the car on us because new ones would not be in for months, knowing we need a vehicle, was predatory, unprofessional, and buyers should be aware.

Stay away for service
Scammers..stay away!! Brought my 2018 pilot in with a list of problems. (My manufacturer warranty ran out 3 months ago) Water leakage from the seatbelt. My emissions light on, car was bucking at around 40mph ( most likely from the emissions) and the radio would shut off by itself. I was told diagnostics was $139 if not covered by our warranty. Which most likely would be covered unless it’s some caused by say an “animal chew through something” I get a call all the work is done. The radio wasn’t doing anything, the emissions code was cleared and they tested it. The leak was a seal around the window. They resealed (probably with duct tape) Insurance will not cover anything. Luckily it equaled to exactly what each of the diagnostics amounts. $445 then they told me I knew it was going to be $445 because when I was told the diagnostics may be $139 but most likely would not be charged, the service advisor just had Ius sign it and did not explain that somehow the service to clean my gas cap , clear on the code and to reseal the window was going to cost me $445 before they even diagnosed the problem.. pretty smart of them huh.. then charged me $15 for paying with my debit card.. because I carry $500 in my back pocket. The manager JOHN OTIS pretty much told me too bad I signed that it was going to be almost $500 before they even knew what was wrong with the car even thought the service advisor told me it was just the diagnostics and probably wouldn’t even get charged. STAY AWAY. Auto fair Corporate will be called and so is Honda but do yourself a favor get a Toyota

Outraged
On March 11 I brought my CRV in as the moon roof was stuck open Upon diagnostic ($139) I was told I needed a new unit, motor etc.............after my car being tied up for 8 days, I go pick it up. A$1963 dollars later.............It was FILTHY inside with chunks of debris, greasy footprints. Don't you think it would be cleaned before I pick it up? So I leave and go to carwash..............................IT LEAKS! never leaked before...........I call them and they tell me to bring it back and they will fix it.........DO THEY THINK I'M PAYING MORE FOR THIS? I will keep you updated. I already wrote to Honda Customer relations about this as I am furious

Horrible Dealer
This place is an absolute disaster. Brought my car in for a factory recall... supposedly just a software update to the AC Comp., etc. Drove it off the lot and noticed AC was no longer working. Looks like the tech messed something up and they won't stand behind it... Keep having me come back for more things that failed on the AC; now in for $3K. Sorry, done with them and won't be back!

Great Service
I had my Hyundai Tucson Sport in for service on3/25/19. They did a great job. It passed all the check points. All the people I talked with ere very polite and friendly. It didn’t take very long. They even packed it facing outso I wouldn’t have to back it up at my age. I am pretty stiff and it not easy for me to do. I think they are great.

Neglected Due Diligence
I was very disappointed to learn six months after purchasing my car (when taking it in to my mechanic for regular maintenance) that it faced enormous repairs to its cooling system and heater core due to 1+ year of neglect and poor maintenance. The cooling system was filled with brown sludge which the mechanic showed me. I was told repeatedly when buying my car from Lucas Dobrow at Autofair that, although I was buying my car "as is," Autofair "stands behind each car." I asked Lucas what that meant concretely, and was told that the Autofair crew checks out each aspect of the car to ensure its condition before selling. Clearly, this did not happen, and upon calling to discuss the issue, I was told that the word of two separate mechanics didn't matter, and Autofair could do nothing for me. As a large business they don't seem to care too much about individuals, and next time I'll be sure to find a smaller community dealer.
