Buyer Beware
Short and sweet unless you absolutely have no other place to go besides a Mercedes dealership, stay away. Once they bang you for that multi-thousand dollar payment you are persona non-grata.
They have 1 decent shop foreman/ lead mechanic. Buts he is all about the $$.
Just a heads up, let them diagnose it and then fix it elsewhere for 1/2 the cost

Autohaus is the safest place for your foreign vehicle!
Mr. Zimmer and Autohaus has Bosch certified mechanics which my most resent research has revealed is one of the most rigorous certification processes available! And they take a very detailed straight forward approach to car repair! They are fair and honest and stand behind their work! I have done business with them for several years first with my 2002 BMW 745li whom they gave me a very honest opinion of after the very first detailed diagnostic testing! I chose not to listen and it cost me thousands more in repairs they told me would occur! I now have a 2007 Mercedes CLS 550 and they car for it as if it’s their own! I wouldn’t trust any other shop with my car including the Mercedes dealership itself who quoted me prices hundreds and some cases thousands of dollars more! Autohaus is the best and only option for all your foreign car needs! If you love your cars as much as I do you won’t go anywhere else!

Above and beyond expectations!
Routine inspection revealed a defective headlight motor - could have been veery expensive. Autohaus took the initiative; called the dealership on my behalf for my repair insurance info, then made it happen!

The staff are always courteous and attentive; it’s not a huge conglomerate of departments, so Autohaus keeps the costs down and the service is superb.

First, I am very disappointed in myself for thinking my 2007 550i, would be a safe investment to take me through my retirement years, HUGE mistake. Repairs are far to frequent, extremely too expensive. The only good , is finding Mr & Mrs Zimmer, their expert advise and service, has made the bad decision some what easier, and saved me both money and time. I highly recommend , Autohaus but not BMW.

The owners seem to really care about their customers. They take the time to explain the diagnosis and allow you a chance the understand it. Very reasonable on prices. I drive a Mercedes and BMW and Autohaus has my business.

Don said his experience with the business left a bad taste in his mouth. The staff weren't very professional, they made him wait a long time for his vehicle. Although it was supposed to be a simple repair, the staff did a lot of unnecessary things to his vehicle. The staff charged him more than they initially said, and they tacked on additional things.
