We are also a Napa Auto Care Center that offers a 24 month, 24,000 mile nationwide warranty on most automotive repairs.

Damaged jeep!

Got the test done but the technician was rough and damaged our jeep.
Rear bumper and on the hood.

Hi Ron, As per our phone conversation yesterday, your comment regarding my tech being "rough" was that "he drove fast in the parking lot and hit the brakes hard". I explained that you were here for a State Brake and Lamp inspection for a "totaled" vehicle in order to obtain a salvage title through DMV, and a "stop test" is part of the State Brake Inspection, which requires what you witnessed. My tech followed protocol for that inspection. I also stated that we use utmost care and concern on every vehicle in our possession, and there was no damaged created by my tech or shop during your inspection appointment. However, if you would like to bring your vehicle in so we can take a look at it, please give me a call.
