Told we were buying a 2025 Palisade but find out that it's a 2024
During the sales discussion prior to signing, we were told that the Palisade we were being sold was a 2024 model. We found out 2 weeks later that it's a 2024 model. I called the sales person back and he denied telling us it was the newer model and there was nothing he could do unless we wanted to trade the 2024 model in for the newer model, which would mean we'd lose a lot more money due to car devaluation as soon as we drive it off the lot. He said I should have read the papers I signed. I guess I should have taken them to a lawyer prior to signing. Who reads all of that anyway? He also said that I shouldn't count on what he said. Really? Very frustrating. I was misled and now I'm stuck. Beware when purchasing from Hyundai Mall of Georgia!!!!

Agree with the majority "Poor customer service!"
5/30/23 to 9/25/23 with no result.
I hate to do reviews but sometimes you have to. Purchase my second vehicle from these guys with plans to purchase a 3rd for my last child. The first vehicle purchase went well enough that I decided to purchase all my kid's vehicles at AutoNation. Complete no work was required from sales consultant, I walked in test drove the vehicle and purchased it. Over the next 4 months to present I've been trying to get the vehicle title for my credit union whom I got the vehicle loan from. Credit union trying to have me refinance my loan now at a higher rate if they don't receive the title. Over this time frame I've spoken with sales consultant Mrs. Grutadaurio who assured me that she would look into this problem and contact me the next day. After about 3 weeks of waiting with no phone call from her, I called AutoNation again and spoke with a young man and added him to a 3-way call with my credit union loan officer. He pleasantly and sincerely assured me he would also look into this matter and contact me the next day. Wish I could remember his name, but he definitely had me believe he would find an answer for me. Anyway, I never heard from him again. Contact finance department today 9/25/23, assured again he would look into this problem and contact me by email or a phone call.
So now we have reached the point where I am pissed, and this may end up costing me more money on a higher interest rate loan and seeking legal counsel. All over a damn used car and a business with poor customer service. Happily, smile and graciously greet you just long enough to receive the check and then they don't know you anymore.
I am a retired military guy, full of integrity and honor. I just don't get why others can't do right by other, I've done my part and been more than patient.

Didn’t fix my car the first time, charged me twice.
They don’t honor their one year service warranty. Brought my Genesis in for sunroof repair and they misdiagnosed it and after several weeks of back and forth they decided to grease the tracks on the roof. This didn’t fix it and required me to pay the warranty deductible twice to get it fixed now as I bring it in less than a year later. When I brought this up with the service manager he said I had no proof (the proof was right there in their system). He told me he didn’t care if I bought a car elsewhere in the future and told me I was not logical. In fact he told me bottom line you owe the $100 before he even heard the story. He interrupted me constantly. I’ve never been treated like that before, let alone over $100. Disappointed in Hyundai Mall of Georgia. Was less about the frustration on a double deductible and more so how I was treated.

Poor service department they will not honor the Hyundai warranty
I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and was told that a rental would be provided. Hyundai warranty states that any work being done that they will provide a rental or reimburse you $35 a day. Hyundai Mall of Georgia service department, Amy Gaskill, refused to honor their word and warranty. I was told that they would "expedite" the process, but I've already waited 5 hours trying to get it fixed.

Never Fails to Provide Quality Service
I have relied upon official Hyundai service centers such as Autonation Hyundai Mall of Georgia exclusively since I bought my car new on a Hyundai lot.

The brand is superlative because it is well designed and reliable and because it’s backed up by experts who are trained in every aspect of Hyundai vehicles.

I trust them to know the most and do the best work, and that has been true of Autonation Hyundai ever since I moved to the area and transferred my business to them back in 2016.

Every single time I have needed repairs or maintenance, which is thankfully only a few because Hyundai vehicles are extremely reliable and easy to keep in good working order, Autonation Hyundai Mall of Georgia’s effective and friendly staff have fixed me up with skill and precision and in quick order, even going above and beyond with small details such as wiping down my dashboard, or warming up the interior during cold months.

I can tell they care about my vehicle and about me as a customer.

Good Work. But Overpriced.
I have never had a problem with the quality of service at this location. But I do not appreciate being taken to the cleaners on price for parts and labor.

Tune up quality was good. I was aware of construction work on premises and being a weekend, but reminding customers of approx. time needed to finish the job goes a long way for us.
