Purchased a vehicle 35 days ago and it's already in the shop for $900 worth of repairs, that should have been taken care of prior to putting it up for sale. Called several times, but all we git were piss poor exscusses. They should be shutdown.

Honestly, at this point, I would leave ZERO stars if that were an option! I have been dealing with this dealer for over two weeks and it’s been a nightmare since the moment they received my deposit! I had approvals for vehicles and put a deposit online since I was out of town to reserve when one was sold that I put a deposit on. After that I found a second vehicle to use for my bank approval and have been waiting a week and a half calling trying to get my contracts from PHILIP CONLEY who never seems to be at work! He has lied and said that they were on the way and lied every time he stated he would call back he never did. Philip Conley that works for Autoshow is an absolute liar and a disgrace to this industry and the fact that this dealership hires and stands behind someone of this poor morals and work ethic is a disgrace! Multiple calls speaking to sales managers and trying to get a resolution and 2 1/2 weeks later getting my money back. Well requesting it as I don’t have it in my bank so we will see if it actually comes! Stay far away from this dealership And if you still decide to do business with them trust me when I say run far far away if you’re deal ends in the hands of PHILIP CONLEY! This man is a liar and will gas light you for weeks to have nothing to show for anything! Not to mention during one call he bragged about how he has better things to do than he at their dealership. Terrible terrible experience dealing with this business and Phil!

Great Experience
Initially, I expected the typical frustrating experience when buying a car, but my salesman Everette was warm, personable and helpful. He made the process quick and efficient. The van I was interested in buying was in great shape with low miles, however, it was missing the cover for the driver's side mirror. Everette told me he would order the part, and I could come back in about a week when the part arrived and their service dept. would install it. This didn't deter me because I knew it was a simple fix. Later in the deal making process Everette comes back to me to tell me that it wasn't necessary for me to come back to have the mirror cover installed. He came up with a quick solution by taking the mirror cover off the same make and model van on the lot as the one I was buying.
This impressed me a lot. Everette is a "no problems... only solutions..." kind of guy. Also, Sosa the Finance & Insurance guy was a pleasure to deal with too.

WOW!!!
Saw an Aston Martin for sale online. My wife has always wanted one and her birthday was coming up shortly. I was a little hesitant in buying from a "buy here pay here" joint but placed an inquiry online. Was soon directed to a salesman "JOE" who stated I could put down a deposit on the car which would hold it until I flew into Florida on the 1st of November. The $1,000 deposit was confirmed by "JOE" on Tuesday October 24th with the viewing on November !st. In between there were 4 texts and 4 emails to them trying to get a shipping price. No response....so I arranged shipping on my own and CONFIRMED with "JOE" that we would be flying out on the 31st with our appointment November 1st at 9:30. An email on October 31st from "JOE" said "Great. see you soon..." Two hours before my flight "MARK" called and left a message saying the car was SOLD because they had not heard from me????????and they have held the car for 2 weeks and I have not seen the car yet...PURE FABRICATION... I called "MARK" back to repute his claims and I expect the car to be there when I arrive.....he hung up on me. Placed another call and "WILL" called me back saying they do not take deposits on cars (?) and that they were a "first come first serve dealer" and that the deposit only reserved the price...WHAT? And it was a miscommunication.. HUH....I have everything documented.... He threw "JOE " under the bus!!!! So some one offered more $$$$$$$$ and greed got in the way before ethics and professionalism. GREEDY? POOR ETHICS? DISHONEST? NO MORAL COMPASS? You be the judge..... There are plenty of car dealers who will treat you with respect, dignity and not insult your intelligence...good luck finding one and always live your life to a high standard and respect one another.. Their response if they reply will be funny....
