Great work. Honest. Calls to us about what was the issue.
Our mechanic, Tony called to explain our brakes were squealing do to wear.
He was correct as our car had 60,000+ miles. Batavia Mobil has always delivered excellent service with quality value.

Why waste time & money trying to save at discount retailers. We’ve never had any issues with Batavia Mobil. Thank you All!!

Failed Oxygen Sensor
Engine sensor lite came on while driving home. Took car to Batavia Mobil next morning and they diagnosed the problem as a defective oxygen sensor. They replaced sensor and the problem was fixed. Fair price and car picked up a few hours later.

I think Alan is the only person who has ever worked on my car. More than knowledgeable about cars, which he definitely is, he is fair and honest. He actively recommends ways to save money and looks for options to do so. And, he is straightforward about when and how long it will take to get repairs done. He gets me in and out pretty quickly.
