Finally a legitimate BMW shop
Over the last couple of years since purchasing an older BMW I have found it a challenge finding a mechanic that actually truly knows BMW cars. Three mechanics later and an untold amount of money my car still never rode right. The last mechanic finally admitted that his lack of knowledge of BMW’s computer system is what kept him from figuring out the problem.
And then I found BME, and thank goodness for that. Their professionalism and expertise from the front office to their mechanic’s was top notch. They went above and way beyond in troubleshooting the issues with my car and fixing them. The communication was open and forthright, with regular updates on the progress of the job. There was an overwhelming feeling that these guy’s actually cared about my car and not just about making money. Speaking of which probably the first time I truly felt that my money was well spent and probably paid half of what I would have somewhere else considering how much time was put into troubleshooting and fixing my car. Mahalo for restoring my confidence in a car mechanic and resting much easier knowing that when, not if, something goes wrong they will be there to help.

Cooling system leak
The parts took some time to get but the overall work was excellent. The car was very clean and the leak was fixed.

Mini Maintenance
The service at BME is top notch. They don’t open until 7, but I got there early and I was able to check my car in before they were even open. They gave me the estimated cost before they even did the service so I could say yes or no to any extra services that were suggested but not necessary. I’m very happy with the service at BME.

Service and Repairs for our BMW SUV
The team and expert technicians at BME are always great. They really know about BMWs. We have 2 BMW SUVs and we used to have them both serviced at BMW of Honolulu. We go here now... superior follow up, communication and affordable pricing. They even worked with the extended warranty company to make sure we got all our eligible repairs covered. Aloha BME team!

Excellent Service
My car wouldn’t start and I was unsure if it was a battery issue or something more. Leif said to bring it down even without an appointment but didn’t promise anything same day. It was discovered to be a battery issue and Layden said they would do their best to get it replaced same day. Not only did they get it replaced same day but they were able to fix an existing taillight issue I had as well. I knew they were doing me a huge favor to just do the battery same day so I didn’t want to bring up the taillight but they fixed it anyway. They even did a last second windshield wiper change when I was picking up the car. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Shout out to Leif, Layden, and the entire BME team.
