Mechanical Wisdom
A check engine light popped on and I believed the worst. Easily scheduled a time for Ed to look over the vehicle for the problem. He was through and efficient as he found the problem within about an hour. Contacted me about the solutions and helped me understand the short and long term solutions for the vehicle. I appreciate his knowledge, efficiency, dedication to craft and will be back with more of my vehicles.

Very professional and friendly family business!
Each time Patricia and Ed make the entire process smooth and easy. Very friendly and professional family business. The communication is always quick, clear and detailed. They answer all the questions you might have and leave no room for any doubts. You don’t feel rushed and the work on your car is done efficiently and on time. Patricia and Ed explain what was done, show you parts/samples, so you really can trust that the entire repair is not only top notch but also transparent. They don’t push you to do unnecessary work and recommend only what (and when) should be done. Each time I feel comfortable and assured leaving my car in their hands. I’m very happy I found them and I can’t recommend Patricia and Ed highly enough! BTW, don’t forget to meet Ben, their super friendly dog!

Baxter’s is the beat
I can’t say enough about Patricia and Ed. They genuinely care about their customers and go out of their way to make sure you know what maintenance will need to be done within the next 6m-year. This helps so much with planning for expenses, especially for my young adult daughter.

I was expecting a large bill due to the type of car I have, a German made car, and I was so pleasantly surprised. Had I taken it to Mercedes? It would've been a whole different story. Wonderful staff and very honest. Highly recommend.

Ed and Patricia are the BEST!
Once again Ed saved us a very significant amount of money. He found a problem but researched it to find that it was under warranty and referred us to the dealership. We would never have known. So honest and trustworthy! Both Ed and Patricia know how to run a business in the most genuine, kind, and professional manner. We would never go anywhere else!!!!

Trust your car to Baxter’ Automotive!
Yesterday, I took my MINI to Baxter’s Automotive for an oil change. Not only did Ed change my oil but he also performed a comprehensive check of my car. I was told that there were a few maintenance things that should be done as scheduled per to MINI recommendations, but no pressure by Ed to get them done ASAP!
(I plan to have them done this summer)
And, l kid you not, my car drove like it had more horsepower than before! I wouldn’t trust my car to anyone else. Thank you Ed, Patricia, and Ben (front of shop 4 legged greeter) See you all soon!!!

My RAV4 Has Over 200k Miles & Still Feels Like New Thanks To Baxter's Automotive
I write a review after every visit because I am so thankful to Ed & Patricia. It's been over a decade I have been coming to Baxter's Automotive and each & every visit is always 5-star service. They're always right on time for my scheduled appointment, friendly, professional & efficient. Ed is the most skilled master technician in the Springs and I totally rely on him to always know the condition of my RAV4. This visit was for an oil change & other scheduled maintenance items; but, Ed always does his thorough inspection and found my water pump to be making a little noise. Sure enough, my RAV4 is due for a water pump. So, I'll be getting that done soon. Thanks to Baxter's Automotive for always being so reliable, consistent & just all-around AWESOME. See you soon.
